About my classes
The aim of Yoga and Pilates is to restore balance to both body and mind by cultivating strength, flexibility, and focus through the mindful connection of movement and breath. These two practices beautifully complement one another, though they can also be explored independently.
My approach to teaching Yoga is deeply influenced by my background in ballet and Pilates. I place strong emphasis on precision, healthy body alignment, breath awareness, and core engagement—foundational elements that shape every session. Mindfulness is woven throughout each class, with every lesson concluding in a guided meditation to support integration and presence.
I believe that the benefits of Yoga extend far beyond the mat. That’s why my classes focus on a functional blend of strength- and flexibility-building postures designed to serve you in daily life. I encourage the breath to be used as a grounding anchor, helping you stay connected to the present moment.
Private sessions begin with a consultation to explore your individual needs and goals. From there, I create a personalised plan that supports your ongoing development and wellbeing.
Classes are available in both English and Italian.
