Lucia Micheluzzi,

I am a qualified humanistic integrative counsellor and an executive, life and therapeutic coach.

I am passionate about providing the space for people to identify and achieve their personal and professional priorities and goals. Through coaching I can help clients unlock their potential and bridge the gap between where they are now and where they would like to be in the future. 

I offer a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic space where I support clients to focus, understand and reflect on what has brought them to the session. This process helps clients identify blockages to their psychological health and empowers them on their path towards flourishing, growth and balance.

Both in coaching and counselling, I find it extremely rewarding to see clients gain clarity and progress in life thanks to our work together. I strongly believe in adopting a holistic approach in all my sessions with clients. I do this by facilitating creative and solution-focused thinking to encourage clients' insights and unique potential for growth and fulfilment. 

Since 2009, I have also been teaching group and individual Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness classes to adults, adolescents and children.

I can carry out coaching and counselling sessions and Yoga and Mindfulness sessions in English or Italian.
